Global News: International Day of Sign Languages celebrated in Peterborough

September 23rd is International Day of Sign Languages, and to celebrate, Deafblind Ontario Services raised the official deaf flag at Peterborough Square, symbolizing unity and pride for signing communities. Madeleine McColl reports.
