For individuals who are deafblind:
People who are deafblind or their families who wish to apply for new or enhanced ministry-funded services must apply through the Access Intervenor Services (AIS). AIS is a digital, single point of access for the Intervenor Services program in Ontario intended to connect people who are deafblind and their families with available services and supports through a common access mechanism.
For individuals with a developmental disability who are Deaf, hard of hearing or use non-traditional forms of communication
People with a developmental disability who are Deaf, hard of hearing or use non-traditional forms of communication can apply for service through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO). There are 9 DSO locations across Ontario to help you access the supports available in your community.
